Last delivery

Well i go away tomorrow and luckily my parcel came today with some nag champa in as I'd pretty much run out and wanted some for when i get back. I'm away for 2 weeks and i'm really looking forward to it, Ive even got my camera bought, i got a 600d canon its a little complicated to use but I'm getting more familiar with it the more that im using it when I'm at home.

When I'm over there I'm hoping that the spirits are cheap so that i can bring some bottles back to fill up my hip flasks for when im out and about.

Right i'm off to finish the last of my packing and i'll speak to you all when i'm back, well i might do a post while im away, i'll see how i feel

Relaxing weekend

Well I've got my holiday confirmation through so its all official now and i cant wait go on my Maldives holidays as its only a a few weeks away at the end of august for a fortnight. I'm really excited about going as i haven't been abroad for ages it must be nearly a year haha.

I'm gonna try and get a new camera before i go as this is my first real luxury holidays so it would be nice to get some half decent pictures. i quite fancy a Digital SLR but im not sure i could grasp it in the short space that i have left before i go. ummmmmmm

Parcels

I've got my holidays booked and I'm going in August, which is only well 1 month away really as we are nearly at the end of this month already. I've just had my parcel come today which i was pretty excited about it had some rolling papers in for me and some liquid gold for my mate, we ordered the stuff from the same place so it made sense to combine the postage costs.

I should get my holiday confirmation through in the next few days so I'll keep you in suspense about my destination until i get the email through and then I'll blog about it

Parents

So i nipped round to my parents last night to tell them that i was heading away for a week of relaxation and when i told them where i was going they said your splashing out aren't you ha-ha, i think that was a dig at my comment regarding their new car and the fancy garden rooms they've bought for the garden.

They've got he fence painted and the grass looks loads thicker as well now that the extra grass seed has taken a grip with the existing lawn. he's been holding off mowing for a few weeks so it is pretty long but i think it should be good to cut next week if its nice and dry.

Holiday

Well I've been looking at luxury holidays as i had a good win on the horses recently which left me with some nice spare cash so i thought I'd treat my self to a nice fancy holiday.

I quite like fish so I've been looking into places where snorkeling is on offer with good views. so its either the Maldives or Seychelles. these are usually places that people can only ever dream of visiting.

I've also narrowed my hotel choices down slightly as well to the Baros in the Maldives and Banyan Tree Seychelles both seem to offer what i need and am looking for, but i think i'm going to have to sleep on it for a few days before i make any decision. I've been looking through pictures of both hotels on Flickr and on Trip Advisor.

Anyway I'll keep you posted on what i decide. :)

Its Finished

Finally its finished the wooden garden room is finished in my parents garden and its really posh and nicely finished inside. my parents have painted it a choice of there own color which suits the dark flooring. Even the garden was left really tidy, which is a rarity as builders are usually slightly messy to say the least so i'm pretty impressed with Oeco.

I gave my weekend up helping my parents tidying up the grass and some of the flower beds that they have, We cut the grass did the edges, threw some extra lawn seed down and some basic aerating. Hopefully i can paint their fence on Saturday if the weather is nice enough then they should be good for this year and next diy wise.

Spend Spend Spend

Well it seems that my parents are on bit of a spending spree at the moment, they got a new car last month, a Ford Focus so that must of set them back £12,000 at least as its delivery mileage and on a 60 plate, i think the dealers have had it kicking around while and did a good deal to get rid. They've now just ordered and Oeco garden room its a decent size to, so its not piddly small but not huge and unlike to look out of place in the garden its 5m x 4m with an over hanging canopy, so it should look pretty swish when its done.

Although i can't help thinking that my inheritance is been spent away merrily :(

Down to London

Well when Ive been down to London before we've made some pretty cool friends and ones offered for me to go down over the weekend, thankfully i don't need to fork out for a St Pancras hotel as they are going to put me up at their flat which is pretty cool and will probably save me at least £70, that's half of a good night out in London.

I'm tempted to drive down on Friday afternoon so that i hopefully avoid all of the rush hour traffic. it also mean that we can pretty much go straight out on Friday night, I'd probably drive back Sunday late afternoon allowing me to be fully sober and be home in time for a bath and bed.

Temple Run

Temple Run Online is a new hit game that has been out on the iTunes for a few Weeks now and is already set to be massive, there have been few games since angry birds that have been claimed as better than, those where Bike Barron and of course Temple Run.

Temple Run is a pretty basic idea, all you need to do is run round the Aztec maze collecting the golden coins, but you have some crazy messed up monkeys chasing you, collect to many golden coins and you'll be slowed down allowing the monkeys to catch you and take your health away from you. your constantly ducking and diving over obstacles. theres no levels to Temple Run but you just have to survive for as long as you can before you die

Dating

Well after last weeks labouring i got home and was pretty stiff to say the least after hauling bricks round for most of the day, and what i missed is someone to give me care and attention when i got home so Ive decided to sign up on a online dating website to see if there's any lovelies out there for me. i haven't told any of the lads yet but i guess when they realise then I'll be in for some stick. Its hard to get talking to someone when your out with the lads as they always seem to be around or if you manage to sneak of they always end up finding you and make you feel bad for leaving them. I'm back doing some more brick laying tomorrow for my friend we manged to get the first few bricks down but its been left for a few days now.

Bit of Labouring never hurt

Well tomorrow I'm set for a day of labouring bricks to and from a friends back garden so he can build his new wall. Its quite funny actually as he's just moved into this house and we've always said that his fence was a bit wobbly to say the least and with the recent bad winds its errmmm, all fallen over.
So he's building a small wall with panels in sections between every pillar. It should in theory look good, hopefully he's digging foundations today. and getting all the concrete from the builders. To fill the foundations tomorrow then over the weekend we can get the first few rows of bricks done.

Cold UK

Well I'm finally back in the UK, although it is slightly cold compared to the tropical climates of Spain ha ha, when we where landing in the plane I'm sure i saw that kings cross hotels that i stayed in a few weeks ago. I love flying in over cities as you get to see them as you never see them before, i bet that there are 100's of  london bed and breakfast in London, i wonder how much the credit crunch (is that still a term used) is affecting them.

back to england

Well i'm getting on the plane tonight at some daft time like 11, meaning i'll be home at 1 from the airport. i've had a really good week away, recharged my batteries and had a gernerally nice relxing time away from jobs and blogling well a little bloging.

The Spanish

Well its definetly not boiling over here but its warmer than it is in the UK so i'm happy and the sun is shining. i've brought my laptop with me so that i can watch dvds and stuff if i need to but i've now found myself loging into my blog to post. Walking the streets on a night everything seems like touristy but not as bad as you would expect in peak season there where shops selling plant seeds including cannabis seeds and Opium seeds. Hopefully by saturday the garden office next door should be painted and fully kitted out. Anyway i'm gonig back to the poolside for a beer.

quick post

This is just a quick post to say that i might not be online for the next week as i've got a late holiday deal to Spain so i'll be away for the week, I'll try and get on and do a blog post, but i can't promise anything

London

So it turns out London was still pretty busy, but is it ever quite probably not it my guess. i had a really great time whilst in London and i'd love to go down again this year during summer. I ended up buying a camera whilst i was down there and i'm looking at geting a website setup to put my pictures on, i've been busy looking at wordpress hosting so that i can get a website setup. I've been looking at wordpress pretty much all the way back home and been pretty hyped about it.

Although i did consider looking at normal website hosting but then i need to build and design the site from scratch and you need more HTML knowledge compared to just installing wordpress and putting a nice pretty theme on.

Packy Up

I'm busy tonight packing my bags ready for my trip to London Tomorrow. I'm going to work and heading down on the train. and I'll dump my bags in my hotel is one of the many kings cross hotels, so it should only take 5 minutes to get to from KC. I'm really hyped up for the trip down there although the trip might be bit of a bore.

It will be interesting when i get down there to see how many more london bed and breakfast's there are around and about and how full they are so early in the year. I'd like to take a look at the prep for the Olympics and maybe get some pictures, anyway I'll head off and I'll post soon

2012

Well they have started the building the garden office shed type thingy next door, and at the moment they are been pretty quite and it looks rather nice. i was talking to the builder and he hopes that ti should be up in a few days and they'll be gone.

I'm setting off down to london on friday, which im really excited about i've already rung the hotel to double check that we are booked in and they have confirmed that we are booked in.
